With 35 years of experience in Human Resources and leadership, I’ve worked with organizations across diverse industries to build stronger leaders, healthier cultures, and workplaces where people thrive. As the Principal of X-Ray Consulting, I combine deep HR experience with a coaching and mediation mindset to help organizations see clearly what’s possible and move confidently toward it.
Outside of work, I’m a proud father of twin daughters, a dedicated Edmonton Oilers fan, and happiest when I’m outdoors, preferably with a golf club in hand.
